BOOKING POLICY

Here's what you need to know about booking your Train Your Game lesson:

Cancellation Policy: We require a minimum of 48 hours notice to cancel or reschedule your lesson. Lessons cancelled with less than 48 hours notice will be subject to a $15 rescheduling fee.

No-Show Policy: If you miss your scheduled lesson entirely without informing us beforehand (no-show), the full lesson fee will be forfeited and clients will not be issued a refund.

Payment: Online payments are due at the time of booking your lesson. We accept all major credit cards. If you are paying by cash, all clients are required to pay Coach Hupp PRIOR to your lesson start-time.

Confirmation: You will receive a confirmation email with all the details of your lesson upon booking. We understand that schedules can change, but to be respectful of our time and ensure everyone has access to training, please communicate any adjustments as soon as possible.
